For ChatGPT plugin issues, include the tool you used, the error message and whether you attached the PDF in chat or selected it in the widget. Image-only PDFs need a selectable-text export.

Resume corrections and downloads

Tell us which resume section needs attention or what happened when downloading. Include your purchase email and order reference, if available.

Payments and account access

For billing, refunds, subscription or sign-in questions, include your account email, payment date and order reference. Do not send card details, UPI PINs or verification codes.

Privacy and data requests

Contact us with the email associated with your account and describe your request. Never share a private review ID, session token or secure download link publicly.

A screenshot, approximate time and exact error help us investigate. Share only what is needed; avoid sending your full resume unless requested.
