By accessing or using Resumaxx, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Resumaxx provides resume analysis, ATS-focused recommendations, AI-assisted resume optimization, PDF generation, and secure download delivery. The service is intended to help improve resume presentation, structure, and keyword alignment.

Resumaxx does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, recruiter responses, ATS rankings, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, or acceptance by any employer or job portal.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your uploaded and generated resume is accurate, truthful, lawful, and suitable for submission to employers. Review the final resume before using it.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, confidential third-party, or unauthorized content. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access files, systems, or accounts that do not belong to you.

Resumaxx uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Output may contain mistakes, omissions, formatting issues, or suggestions that are not appropriate for every role or employer. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any resume before use.

Paid features are charged at the price shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider. After successful payment validation, Resumaxx generates or unlocks the final resume PDF and may send backup delivery links by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Backup download links are valid for a limited time and are intended only for the purchasing user. The main post-payment funnel may provide a direct download immediately after payment success.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are generally non-refundable once the resume scan, AI optimization, final PDF generation, or download delivery has started. If you believe there was a duplicate charge, technical failure, or payment error, contact us with the order details.

You retain ownership of your resume content. Resumaxx and its licensors retain ownership of the website, software, designs, workflows, prompts, model integrations, branding, and service materials.

You grant Resumaxx a limited license to process your uploaded content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Resumaxx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every job application or employer system.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resumaxx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, lost income, lost data, or hiring outcomes. Our aggregate liability for a paid transaction will not exceed the amount you paid for that transaction.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Resumaxx if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the service, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Resumaxx after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
