Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly, including your uploaded resume, generated resume content, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, payment identifiers, and any details you submit through the funnel.

We also collect technical and marketing information such as IP address, user agent, device/browser details, referrer, UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, Meta browser identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc, and product analytics events.

We use your information to scan and improve your resume, generate your final PDF, process payments, deliver secure backup download links, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and measure advertising and funnel performance.

We may use aggregated or de-identified analytics to improve Resumaxx, but we do not sell your resume content.

Uploaded and generated resume files are stored in private cloud storage. Paid users may receive secure Resumaxx download links that validate payment status before redirecting to a short-lived private file URL.

Backup links are intended for your personal use. Anyone with a valid unexpired backup link may be able to access the delivered file, so do not share it publicly.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store full card, UPI, banking, or wallet credentials on our servers. We store payment status, order identifiers, payment identifiers, amount, currency, and customer contact details returned by the payment provider so we can confirm purchases and deliver your resume.

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including cloud storage and email or messaging delivery providers, payment processors, AI model providers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Resumaxx.

Current provider categories include AWS, Razorpay, Google Gemini, Mixpanel, Meta/Facebook Pixel and Conversions API, SES/SNS, and Gupshup or similar messaging providers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep basic session state, capture campaign attribution, and measure advertising performance. Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events may be used to optimize marketing campaigns and measure purchases.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including private storage for resume files and limited-time download URLs. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and improve Resumaxx.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal, payment, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Resumaxx is not intended for children under 18. Do not use the service if you are not legally able to enter into these Terms or provide personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
